Issues with mail and Outlook on our public cloud platform
On some of our SAP BusinessOne service units, you may experience a problem when trying to send e-mails using Outlook. These issues can occur when using Outlook directly or when using it from within other applications such as the SAP BusinessOne client. In the latter case, for example, the SAP BusinessOne application may crash and may need to be restarted.
The service units that are affected are number 12, 20, 22 and 31. Other functionality of the SAP BusinessOne platform is currently not affected.
At this moment our team is working together with our partners to investigate the root cause of this problem and to determine how we can fix the issue. Once an update is available we will provide you with more information.
