Description: We will be performing firmware updates to our redundant firewall cluster as part of our routine maintenance. The upgrade will be performed in a rolling fashion to maintain service availability throughout the maintenance period.

Impact: During this maintenance window, we will be upgrading our redundant datacenter firewalls on the shared customer platform in datacenters Nieuwkuijk and Waalwijk. Due to our redundant architecture, we expect minimal to no service disruption. However, customers
may experience:

Brief moments of increased latency (< 1 second) during failover transitions
Possible packet loss during failover

Not Affected: Customers utilizing their own dedicated firewall infrastructure within our datacenter will not be impacted by this maintenance.

Maintenance Window: January 28th 22:00 - 23:59

What You Need to Do: No action is required from customers. Our engineering team will monitor all systems throughout the maintenance window. In case of any questions please contact our network operations center or your service manager.
